Ex I think you need to read between the lines here

"The current Ord expansion project in Western Australia will bring road infrastructure to within 15 kilometres of Advent?s Vienta gas well in EP386 and will allow for the development of Advent?s onshore Bonaparte Basin gas assets.
These important investments by the WA and Commonwealth governments provide the impetus for Advent to pursue its objective of developing its wholly owned petroleum resources within EP386 and RL1. "

(The Government just built a road right past our stranded gas discovery making its development possible)

"Significantly, these government investments will impact markedly on the energy requirements of the Kununurra region which is currently supplied by hydroelectricity from the Lake Argyle hydroelectric facility and diesel power generation."

(CNG is about a third the price of Diesel and it costs nothing to turn a Diesel generator into a gas generator also they need to buy new generators)

"To progress the development of its assets, Advent has recently announced a mean1 independently audited Contingent Resource* for the Weaber Gas Field within Retention Licence 1 (RL1) in the onshore Bonaparte Basin, Northern Territory, of 18.4 Bcf. This was announced to the ASX by MMR on 24 June 2011."

(before we could start negotiating about the supply of gas to the power generators in Kunnunurra we had to get independant proof we actually have a reliable source of gas)

"Advent is in an exceptional position where it remains the operator and 100% owner of the only petroleum permits in the vicinity of this region."

(they have to deal with us, we have a monopoly on cheap gas)

And rereading the ann from 24/6 pretty much says the same thing

Advent Executive Director David Breeze said that achieving the resources upgrade was a major milestone and the first step in unlocking substantial value as Advent moves forward to commercialise its onshore Bonaparte Basin petroleum assets.
?The current rapid development of the Kununurra region in northern Western Australia, including the Ord River Irrigation Area phase 2, the township of Kununurra, and numerous regional resource projects provides an exceptional opportunity for Advent to potentially develop its nearby gas resources for the benefit of the region along with Advent Energy and its shareholders.?

I would guess that if we have presented the power generators in Kunnunurra with a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) deal that cuts their fuel costs by 2/3rds, they are taking notice.
