After 2 years why is Sedco suddenly taking legal proceedings against Nexus?

I think the answer is that Nexus hasn't been in the best of financial health over the last few years so what's the point in seeking damages when they haven't got any money.

However when you take into account:

1. The last capital raising,
2. Longtom problems solved and producing good revenue,
3. The possibility of a partial selldown of Longtom,
4. The probability of a partial selldown of CRUX.

Nexus could soon be in their best financial position in years.

Personally I'd gone cold on Nexus over the last year or so but I think things are starting to look better.
