There is a point to talking about it. I will need to buy a property soon enough, and I am disgusted with having to pay for anything that is screaming tulip mania at me. I fully intend to lose a lot of money over it, thanks to you and your greedy kind pushing the ponzi higher and higher.
Believe it or not, humans like to talk about things other than what will make them profit. I want to talk about this, because it makes me angry, just like lots of the thumbs up voters here, many of us are sick of the crap.
I look at the pages and pages of stale properties and look at the asking prices, and think to myself, they must be dreaming if they think someone will buy that for that much. By the look of the days on market for many of these properties, so do most other people. I believe buyers have woken from their trance and will not pay these prices that belong in 2008. The game is up IMO. I would not like to be a seller right now under pressure to offload.
