lakey5,Telstra is not a dud.. I only see it improving mate. I for one know their customer base is up a general consensus is that they are winning the fight against their bad customer service rep.
I believe from experience that TLS has far better customer service than voda and optus, IMO they leave them for dead now.
They have the best products by far.... this is a fact.
Wireless is the future... read above statement.
Fixed line is curving decline which is very handy as broadband, wireless and mobile subscriptions are increasing dramatically!
Telstra just need some more momentum and I believe they will increase they SP by a great deal... they are very cheap on an International scope... once we have a decent/stable government you will see the price rise IMO....
