To expect that they will find a project partner to contribute 200m plus for 30% of the company, I doubt it. Why someone want to pay 200m for 35% of the project when they can launch a full T/O for 200m. ...............................
You have totally not understood what is involved here.
If a company pays $200M to $700M for a share of THE PROJECT they are actually contributing the capital equpment required for the project to proceed.
If a company launches a take over for another company then the money goes to shareholders. NO MONEY has gone into funds for the project. The company doing the takeover MUST STILL input funds for capital equipment for the project.
Taking over PLV does not get them a fully funded and fully equiped project.It does get them a cheap percentage of the profits ONCE the project is up and running.
