Disco.I think that it is a monty that eli lilly will take over acrux.My information from my broker is that the milestone payments will be on a graduated basis with the first payment being $25 million and then ramp up from there bases on increased sales.I think the first payment is almost bankable now with more to follow shortly.With the royalty rate at 20% plus a buyout is a very strong possibility.
