Your entitlement will be sold through the retail investor book build and you will be paid nothing if the clearing price is equal to the entitlement offer price.
You will be paid cash if there is a retail premium.
My understanding is that if the clearing price is 16 cents you would receive 2 cents for every share that you were entitled to.
