You guys who bought recently might be happy but at that price I rather wait for the spot to be a lot higher to get better valuation. My gut feel last week was correct when I thought it was not just technical buying in the breakout. Not happy with the low ball bid which is way below this years high of 80+ cents. Management should not be seen to be keen on this opportunistic offer. It shows that the Chinese are being strategic with their acquisition and this is the right time for them when the sector is unloved again post fukishima. It also shows U is not a hype and comments about the fundamental shortfall post 2013 together with China's embrace of carbon free base load power is real.
I am waiting for $1 + offer but like all holders here, the major holders decide our fate.
