Imagine how Tony is going to look standing in front of the faded "Repeal the Taxes" placards in late 2013, about to deliver his "Vision for Australia" speech.....lol.
Tony's minders will already be trying to think of excuses for having to change the promise to rescind the tax. As though they're ever going to rescind the tax.
Seriously, surely no one on this site believes that will happen?? Seriously?? That ain't gonna happen.
It is certainly going to be entertaining watching Tony try to dig himself out of this one.
Labor should continue to remind the Coalition of its promise, and try to get Tony to recite the line as often as possible. Encourage him to dig the grave deeper and deeper.
