Of course I would prefer not to have my holding diluted as would any other shareholder, but director options are a fact of life unfortunately. I admit they are cheaper than they should be due to Fukoshima and of course it would be nice to have cash in the bank instead, but they are within their rights and without the majority holders voting against them there is little that can be done. I may even vote against them yet, but it will be a drop in the ocean and a waste of time. If they hadn't also been buying on market I would have been a bit more peed off.
Although not ideal, I can live with the current number of options in play. If they fill their boots again though before substantial value has been added, I will just vote with the sell button. Simple.
