HOW LONG WILL IT REALLY TAKE LYNAS TO MEET THE 11 RECOMMENDATIONS?

JULE you got it wrong again, how many times do i have to keep repeating myself. Lynas has to meet 2 conditions FIRST, then they will get the pre operating Licence and they have to forfill the other 9 while they are operating. What is so hard for you to understand? They fact you keep emphasing to these people that Lynas has to meet the 11 requirement before getting the pre op licenses is plain wrong.

YEs they will get a pre operating license before the general election because we asian people want to have FACE do you understand what face is? Its called pride, our government will not LOOK WEAK to the opposition by delaying the decision after the election, they know the opposition will pounce on that weakness and so they will show strength by giving the license as soon as the requirements are met!
