They obviously waited for the sp to decline before implementing the incentive/oppie packages to directors
They could have done this when Huff was appointed, when the sp was +25c
This is proof directors haven't been promoting the company, as they knew this latest incentive package was to be based on a 5-day vwap
As a former AAG holder, I can stomach most of the recent sp decimation. Don't know how I'd feel though if I were a pre-takeover WGR holder
