    Not convinced.
    The management doesn't inspire me at all.

    $3.5m in revenue is ok but where is the growth to come from?

    IT companies are usually valued at about 6x EBITDA. That could mean nearmap is worth maybe $3m x 6 =$18m plus cash $13m = $31 million.

    Mr Market seems about right with his valuation.
