Simple fact is if no one took any action until all the facts were knownb then CEO would still be at 1c now.

It has gone up because speculators have bought the stock anticipating good news and thus discounting the future.

You don't want "rampers coming in and trashing my investment" then don't buy speccy stocks.

Stick with BHP, RIO, WOW etc they are pretty ramp free.

For the moment though by holding a speccy stock at the early stages of its development you run the risk of the agenda of others being played out through ramping etc...

Best not to complain about it especially not on a site lke HC.
