    I guess that is the beauty with this forum everyone has an opinion on how they interpret the information.

    I did not read the statement regarding the options as meaning that the decision regarding the JV will go beyond Aug 31st BUT that they will be in a position to make an announcement in the coming weeks regarding the the JV and the options. If a JV is signed then the options may be in the money. In other words they will look at the options after the concrete details of the upcoming announcement is made and its impact on the SP.
