    I disagree ... a win win outcome is required, as a nailed, "conscripted" Cougar will, by all that I know of business and human nature, perform half heartedly.

    In your scenario there would be no winners and the relationship will be a barren one.

    The Chinese need to keep Cougar barefooot and happily pregnant with projects lol.
