it is 'paying for outer suburb as if i am at inner city' that i have a problem with!................................................
there is NO NEED for land to be soooooo expensive...same as there is no need for develping to be that expensive !
and we should have threefold the amount of roads...
built with the money that usually is used up for building "glee clubs at schools" and "insulating shacks" for votes and countless "council office towers" and many many other ways in which this babyboomer generation is wasting everybodies money on shortsighted projects !
400 million europeans are living on a smaller squarage than we posses ... they eat and drink don't they?
360 million americans (USA) live on a much smaller spread than ours...they eat and drink dont they?

and their 'lands' are not more expensive than ours!
