15 million free oppies which are ALREADY in the money does make me worry Steini. They are not "just oppies".

EITHER be a good and loyal worker and take your $300,000 per year (WAY above the salary of most hard-working people)
OR back your ability and just take the oppies.

Having your cake and eating it too is a bit rich in my book. Public companies should not operate in this way. It is a disgrace.

If M Fry believed in his abilities and the value he is going to add to the company he should take some of his $300,000 and buy shares on market, like the rest of us have to do.
