I don't like asking too much - my informant did say a couple of weeks back that they are on the way to $1 - don't know whether there is any relevance between this figure and the proposed director's performance options.
Perhaps there is merit in what others have been suggesting with respect to holding the price back - but then why this morning's announcement!
