campaign against aet&d sale

As I indicated in my previous post, my 1 million BEPPAS will be voting AGAINST the AET&D sale as it stands. The reasons are obvious and have been well summed up by Blues, EMC2 and others.

I have started this new thread with the express purpose of discussing and investigating what we, as ex BEPPA holders, can do to campaign against the conclusion of the sale.

I have already sent an email to Bronte Capital (thanks for the contact info EMC2) to let them know that I would be interested in joining any coordinated campaign or action against the sale if they are comtemplating going down that route.

What I am interested in from other posters is the following:

1. Will you be voting NO?


2. How many votes do you speak for?


3. Would you be interested in joining in a coordinated campaign against the sale?

Also, if there are any posters with a legal background who can make some suggestions as to possible options open to us, that would be much appreciated.
