    I am not sure what everyone expected following the spin off abandonment. Gandel made it pretty clear in that announcement that funds were needed. We have commitments in Eritrea we have to meet. They could have done a placement at 2-2.5c. One could argue that they are keeping dilution to a minimum and are offering share holders a slice. Not sure if I will take up my allocation. Will have to watch the SP and find some money.
