    10 mil cash
    90 mil shares f/diluted
    55mt JORC coal resource valued recently at 18mil


    current market cap fully diluted is around 12.5 mil.
    & likely to upgrade current resource!

    Can the term NO Brainer be Used???

    oh and the depth is OK 1mil buyers vs 150k sellers.
