This is so true....My recent dealings with my local council ended badly as I accused them of designing problems to my proposal just so they could generate themselves more work, justify their existence and secure themselves their over priced salaries...It's now 10 times harder to get a project out of the ground than 25 years ago and 5 times more costly in real terms...Unbelievable.
