No "investment" guarantees you wont lose your capital -- every single place you park your money can be equally described as either:
a) Investment
b) Speculation
The risks are then calculated separately.
Don't try to spin a "Carbon TAX" into a "Price on Pollution"
The majority of the electorate don't buy it (see latest opinion polls) and us folk here on the Hot Copper thread don't buy your subtle use of the term "speculate" as an attempt to spin ESG into something pretty risky...
