I think prr's share price is being kept down for as long as possible although I also think buyers will come back intowards the end of the week. We are 3 wks down from spp and as there is approx a 5 wk turnaround from sec - news can't be far away- as well as yesterday's investor presentation.
This is the low before the rise!
