if you read the announcement properly, they plan to double production once they start. Regarding the purchase of the site, they are confident this will go through, MYG have excellent management and will obtain funds. Investing in a specie always has clouded issues over it. Once the sky clears the run. It wouldnt have a MC of 30mill if it was a sure bet now would it ?
They are building there resources and after next resource upgrade (believe its August) we can be 1+ Million Oz of AU.
