To your question ,do not know whether coldry will LOWER sulphur content of Anglesea brown coal.

but as mentioned in the link, BLENDING can be used.

The issue is not whether a coldry plant is built in Anglesea but that Coldry could be part of the mix for LYP / GOVERNMENT as a transition to lower carbon emissions and keep LYP asset value and jobs in the valley.

How do you see that possibility of government funding being directed to coldry given that a carbon tax is almost certain to be passed.
