Redbank is the rump of an old listed company, not a newly listed company. It has approximately 800,000 shares on issue, with large chunks held in a very few hands.
It does not have a long term future as a listed company, unless taken over for backdoor listing purposes.
The company strategy is a simple one. Strip the costs down to the absolute minimum (delist), sell the assets and distribute the net income. If they can sell it for more that 235 mil (debt) plus 3.2 mil (market cap) plus transaction costs, we will be all smiles.
