Thanks for contacting Steve Johnson at Intelligent Investor. I recall his coverage of the BBI EPS and the recapitalisation process at the end of 2009.

I wonder if he might send out a special * NEWSFLASH * to their member base...maybe with a recommendation to vote against the sale :-)

Small steps guys, but hopefully we can be the fleas that bite the tail that wags the dog.
