I have no information that is not publicly available. The biggest stink from my perspective is that some of the CSAG leadership have for many many years been rational, deliberate, and considered in their approach to owning this business. The sudden back-flip for just 25c extra is not consistent with their previous approach and views and thus to me reeks of coercion. I am sure that like me, you have heard the rumours surrounding GR's change of heart based on legal concerns. If that is the case, then why not just come out and say so? If it is something else, why not explain that too?
Until I see any evidence to the contrary, the vote should remain AGAINST, which I believe to be in the best interests of shareholders. Of course I recognise that some holders have unique needs and everyone should vote according to their own personal situation and after obtaining personal and professional advice.
