There should be a lot of changes in the Senior Management of the company. One aspect not referenced as yet as far as I know is the contract between Watpac and A1. I would like to know if A1 ever had an out clause in case the Resource/Reserve did not meet up to expectations. There would be penalties I am sure but to simply continue mining because the contract dictates that you have to suggests whoever put the contract together did it very much in Watpac's favour if this was the case. When you are pulling less than half the expected grade you have to reevaluate and not continue blindy on mining incuring losses at the expense of the SHs
