they just take an average of a few broker reccomendations and most of those brokers pull their targets out of the air anyway,
it sounds like it would be a very good idea for you to take a step back from MMX or any other stocks until you have had a chance to do some of your own research,
MMX is extreanly higheisk and not for the faint of heart...
