re: pski Buffalo, New York State. Near Niagra Falls. Houses can be picked up very cheaply but you have to watch the areas you buy in. Houses for $35 to $60K renting for $600 to $ 800 per month.
CF+ houses have just about disappeared in Australia, going that way in NZ but still opportunities OS.
