Unhedged,we had a housing boom in tandem with a bull market in shares,so I'm a bit disconnected about your reasoning, especially when so many of China's developer built houses and units sit vacant.The one thing we both share however is the central bank driven whip of frequent rises in interest rates to kill the inflation bogeyman.At least the Chinese don't have Brown Gillard at the helm.
