    Chrysalis, I have not looked back but it makes sense to me that it would be a more common phenomenon that either the markets boom or real estate booms without the other firing. In the event that both be roar simultaneously, it would almost certainly be a massive indicator that a heavy pullback is well overdue. Sell everything now! would be the implied cry.

    As for China, we must understand that it is a fledgeling capital economy. I recently spoke to friends of friends that came over from China. They were telling me that a place they were looking to buy 6 years ago, just re-sold for over triple that price, with no added work done to it at all. Why would the Chinese put money into the markets, where everyone they know is losing, as opposed to real estate when you view the above example?
