The main gripe seems to be that a stock doesn't keep going up forever. Or that you can't buy a stock, let someone else buy it at a pump price and you buy it back at a cheaper price when they stop loss it/get margin called or simply don't understand and panic sell it.
I joined in Aug 2009. Yeah, I made trucks loads and gave back truck loads LOL I make good money and the knowledge gained is priceless. I feel sorry for anyone joining when the markets level out because there is no substitute for experience and the experience isn't always going to be nice.
