re: Ann: BHP Billiton and Petrohawk Announce ... Yep. WPL is not interested at the moment based on 5bln acquisition earlier this yr and this new 12bln one.
But I think WPL sp doesn't have BHP takeover speculation premium in recent days. Been beaten down heavily already. But last night sharp fall in oil along with this news can still hammer it nicely.
