the problem I see with Kevin is that he takes the posivtive spin of everything he does.

He will talk up advanced negotiations on the phone to shareholders, but until deals are done, it really is misleading to shareholders.

Also they have a history of not being able to keep things confidential, which is not ethical and probably not leagal, but humnans being human will always gossip.

They also have been able to create this deception that they are the ones with the big backers, but where are they and where have they been.
