the only observation I would make is that it is naive to think that the criminal culture of the Murdoch News of the World would be confined to the UK - that's why the US Senator has questioned Murdoch practices in the US (though he might have other motives also) - it would be safer to assume Murdoch's sleazy principles would of course imbue his entire organisation worldwide and for him to suggest he didn't know what was going on is the height of deception for such an interfering hands-on newspaper tyrant.....
