    After careful reading of the ann can anyone see any possible problems?

    The MOU, finance etc look to be finalized by end of July which coincidentally is when government go-ahead should be given.

    My be my wish of a tight detailed ann which wraps up all these things plus extra funding and a reserve upgrade could be on the table and out of the way early August: 3 weeks away !!!

    The ann was very carefully worded so I believe that this is all supposed to be tied in and will happen as stated.

    An early Xmas present?
