Yep, that's about it.

We're in a relationship where the other half goes on a binge once a month and beats us up but we stay because we want the kid to graduate and all the time we'll be trying to make new friends who won't understand what's going on but will offer to give us a lift. At least I hope so because if you're going to take money off them they'll have to be as sold on the long term as I am but not as aware of the new ST rythm.

I might do a trawl of sp movements on the other companies in bed with ST and see if there's commonalities from Agreement to exit. The extremes are apparent - ST will attempt to get all their shares for the lowest price possible without killing the love because they don't want to pay for the party when they leave (though I remember reading somewhere where they did just that...).

Hmmmm.... engage in rough trade or go and hide in the garage until the subcontractor comes around to put DSC on my roof?

Also, I can't see details in the agreement for ST selling. Are there limits? (Apart from the floor price etc..)

My expectation is that they'll push it down hard once a month and max out the monthly tranche while the price is below $1 and then slowly let it climb while doing the piston inside the elevator as TATA moves toward the first bulk production announcement.
