I just started accumulating, I think companies are holding back their news until after AUG 2nd so the market will pay attention when the releases are made. Their plant should be finished by the end of this year, i also expect them to make deals to source tungsten before they get their own mining projects running. I'm expecting to sell at the end if the year.

I know that caesars report has been accumulating HAZ as well.
