short sell is about 20% for the last few days. so my guess is some funds are trying to push the price down as much as possible and then buy them back. NAB-MLC is very good at it. Topup today at 2.68 and then it fely to 2.64....it is looks a rollercoaster...full of excitement and thrills..i love it...

rating for csr is good and most of fund managers have it on buy rating. short to mid term depress housing market is our preent biggest problem. as long as we can generating healthy revenue during these hard time. then when the cycle turn and price should go up fast.
