re: property will fall Buy good 3 bedroom properties in OK areas that Mr & Mrs Average Battler would live for well under $100K that rent for over double the purchase price but in $100's eg $60K house rented at $120+ per week and make money. I can still find them. They pay for themselves and sit there increasing in value. Have them revalued get a equity loan on them and buy another then another etc. I bought six last year about to have them re valued to start on the next six. Ten years time it would by nice to have have sixty plus each returning $50+ per week in passive cash flow.
