the only thing i wanna know regarding the last update is

1.) do they think the BFS will be released first or will a JV on one or more of the farms come out first?

2.) what does the word CONCURRENTLY mean?
as in the company will look to provide an update CONCURRENTLY regarding a possible JV.

I like the part in the first paragraph where he says.

A positive impact on the outcome of these negotiations (on a jv) will have on the BFS.

Thats means a JV could be announced first, and that will have a positve outcome to the BFS study.
