    The AKK niobrara acreage next door to
    COI 17.5% owned florence oil field.
    5 of 6 wells now flowing at over 1100 bopd(ann 10/6)
    Also sweat pea sold for $28.5m ( COI ann 17/5)in fremont county.Received $3.5m for 17.5% interest.
    Not sure of acreage size.
