The world is on an overall cooling trend and has been since the Holocene (10-20,000 yrs ago). Global temperature short-term peaked in 1998 and will be cooling for the next decade or two. They were growing vineyards in northern England 1000 yrs ago that's how warm it was. We're being lied to all in the name of tax, the IPCC models have proven to be wrong this century. This used to be my career mate I know this stuff like gold, it's all nonsense.
