Within 12 months of stating their intention to list on NASDAQ is completely within reason - there is no need for the company to provide any further information in regards to the so called "delay" as put by posters here until this 12 month timeframe has been breached.
10 weeks to go before questions really need to be asked with inital statement released 30th September 2010.
You guys need something else to think about.. lol
