Fair question, and I think this debate has been going on WRT this issue for a while on this BB.
Some of us are hot on the idea, some of us not so.
I'm not sure "we" know enough about it to cast judgement either way, but your question is a fair one.
All I can add is that the MD, Jeremy Read, is no fool, and I trust his judgement. Essentially, its him and his team that I trust to make the call on proceeding or not proceding on the deal.
I guess the TH and Capital Raising must relate to a decision to proceed, but we will know in the next 48 hours.
