Yes, exactly, Barges are an option it seems.

The significance of that option is that the capacity to increase shipment volumes is a latent factor in value calculations.

I just think there are a lot of EIO "latent", and positive, factors not yet counted in by the Market.

But as they say; In the Land of the Blind, the One-eyed Man is King (or a Ten Bagger Investor!) :)
